Tuesday Scores: Cougs, Hawks Fall in District Semis, T-Birds Stay Alive

After pulling the upset of league champion Centralia in the first round, Capital fell to Hockinson in the 2A District IV semifinals, 79-66, at Kelso High School. The Cougars will next face a  loser-out game on Thursday night in Chehalis against Tumwater.

River Ridge dropped into a loser-out contest Thursday against Centralia with their 68-49 semifinal loss to Mark Morris in the first game at Kelso High School. The Hawks and Tigers will face off at WF West at 7:45 PM.

Tumwater 17 16 17 14 64
TUM: David Cooper 16, Josiah Warner 15, Jayden Croft 15

David Cooper, Josiah Warner and Jayden Croft combined for 46 points to keep Tumwater alive with a 64-56 win over RA Long. They will next face Capital in another loser-out game on Thursday night in Chehalis.
