Bremerton 17 year-old Logan Owen won the last two stages of the Capital Stage Race including winning the Queen Stage Road Race on Sunday by over two and a half minutes to win the overall title. Owen entered Sunday in 8th place overall. Ian McKissick, the leader coming into Sunday, finished 6th overall.

Seattle’s Ivy Audrain won three of four stages in the Capital Stage Race to take home the overall title. Jennifer Burtner of Olympia Orthopaedics Associates finished in third place.
