Black Hills head football coach Dominic Yarrington has been placed on paid leave until Wednesday while an investigation takes place, reports The Olympian. The Tumwater School District will not release what the subject matter of the investigation is, but says that it does not rise to the level of the police being involved. – The Olympian

Timberline alum Jonathan Stewart may miss the rest of the season with a tear in his MCL. Stewart was injured early in the Carolina Panther’s loss to New Orleans on Sunday night. The unfortunately injury-prone back missed the first seven games of the season after offseason ankle surgery. – CBS Sports
