Saturday Scores: Late Rally Earns Draw for Clippers; Oly Rollers Continue to Mock Nationals
Men’s Soccer
SPSCC 4, Rogue 4 – Box Score
South Puget Sound scored three goals in the second half including the equalizer in the 90th minute to take a 4-4 draw with Rogue CC in the season opener at the NWAC Friendlies in Eugene, Oregon.
After falling behind by two goals, Victor Corona got the scoring started for the Clippers in the 34th minute. Jesus Ramos scored in the 61st minute and then got the brace in the 79th minute to draw the Clippers even at 3-3. After a Rogue red card and a goal that put the Osprey up 4-3 in the 86th minute, Gavin Trotter scored a stoppage time goal to earn the draw.
Women’s Soccer
Corban 3, Saint Martin’s 2 – Box Score
Abby McFaul scored the first and the last goals of the game for Saint Martin’s today in Salem, but Corban rattled off three straight goals in between to take a 3-2 non-conference win.

The Oly Rollers dominated the competition and will play for the fourth straight USARS championship on Sunday in Philadelphia.
