Olympia moved to 6-0 in the 4A Narrows League with a 2-0 win over Gig Harbor. Michael Fairchild went six shutout innings striking out seven and Elliott Loague went 2-for-3, drove in a run and scored a run for the Bears.
Matt Mercer went 2-for-3 with two runs scored and an RBI and picked up the win on the mound as Timberline
allowed just three hits in their 12-0 win over Foss. Cobi Beal had three hits and drove in three runs for the Blazers who move to 5-0 in the 3A Narrows League. UPDATE: The Timberline Facebook page says that Matt Mercer threw a no-hitter against Foss.

Timberline put seven runs on the board in the first two innings to take a 7-0 lead but North Thurston added three runs in the third and continued to chip away at the lead until they tied the game at seven in the bottom of the seventh inning.
The Blazers scored first in extra innings getting a run in the ninth but the Rams answered back with a run of their own to keep the game going. The deadlock continued until Brittany Sebesta drove in the game winning run in the 11th inning giving North Thurston a 9-8 come from behind win.
The Blazers and Rams are now tied for first place in the 3A Narrows League with Wilson at 4-1. The two teams meet again on April 29th at Timberline.
