Today (4/6): Rugby, soccer in the rain
The hearty souls that don’t play ball and stick games will be out today and tonight in this awesome weather starting first with some rugby at noon and continuing with 2A EvCo soccer this evening.
The Budd Bay Buffaloes men’s rugby team isn’t afraid of a little rain. They will take on the Seattle Quake at Rainier Vista beginning at noon. It should be a muddy good time.
In boys soccer action, the first place Aberdeen Bobcats come to town to take on third place Capital at Ingersoll Stadium. The Bobcats are 5-0 in conference and undefeated overall while the Cougars sit at 3-2 in EvCo play. First kick is set for 7:00 PM.
And the Pioneer Cup also kicks off at 7:00 PM at Tumwater Stadium. Tumwater comes into the game struggling to regain their form from last season and sit at 2-2 in conference. Black Hills has just plain struggled and are 0-4 and in last place.
