River Ridge 43, White River 35

Down 25-17 at the half, the River Ridge defense buckled down and allowed just ten points in the final 16 minutes and outscored White River 18-4 in the fourth quarter en route to a 43-35 win at Kent Meridian High School. The win moves the Hawks into the state’s final eight in Yakima next weekend.

Jazzlyn Brewster scored 17 points for the Hawks while the Hornets were paced by 15 points from SPSL MVP Kennedy Hobert.
