Capital 4, Lakes 0

Logan Cox scored a hat trick and Lena Moreno added a goal in Capital’s 4-1 non-league win over Lakes.

Girl’s volleyball

North Thurston 3, W.F. West 0 ( 25-12, 25-14, 25-22)
Black Hills 3, Shelton 0 (25-18 25-11, 25-19)

Brittany Rutherford had 11 kills in North Thurston’s 3-0 win over W.F. West. Megan Kramer had 21 assists for the Rams.

Hope Mortensen racked up 12 kills and seven digs and Moriah Kramer had 22 assists in Black Hills straight sets win over Shelton.
