Today (4/21): Saints baseball faces Wildcats

The Saint Martin’s baseball team finally returns back to campus when they take on Central Washington in a GNAC doubleheader this afternoon. The Saints haven’t played a home game in nearly a month, not since they split a four game series with Northwest Nazarene on March 23rd and 24th.
The Saints come into today’s game in at 7-11 in GNAC play and 11-25 overall. The Wildcats are a game ahead of the Saints for third place at 7-9 in conference and are 15-19 overall. The two teams have met six times this season already with Central coming out on top five times. The Saints only win came on February 19th when they beat the Wildcats 7-6 in the last day of the Lewis & Clark State tournament.
Olympia’s Nate O’Bryan gets the start in game one of today’s doubleheader for Saint Martin’s. First pitch is scheduled for 1:00 PM.
